Essential Operation & Care Tips for Portable Soundproof Rooms

Movable soundproof booths and modular acoustic pods are widely used in offices, schools, training centers, shopping malls and public areas. Equipped with professional sound insulation structures, ventilation systems, lighting circuits and acoustic interiors, these devices require regular maintenance and standardized operation. Proper daily care can stabilize acoustic performance, extend service life, reduce failure rates and ensure long-term stable operation.

1. Daily Maintenance Instructions

Body & Interior Cleaning

Clean the shell, glass and acoustic panels regularly with a dry soft cloth. For stains, use a small amount of neutral detergent and wipe dry immediately. Do not use alcohol, strong acid or corrosive solvents, which may cause paint aging, glass fogging and fabric discoloration. Never wash the whole machine with water directly to avoid circuit dampness and internal damage.

Sealing & Sound Insulation Inspection

Door sealing gaskets are key components for sound insulation. Check door frames and wall joints regularly for wear, aging, deformation and gaps. Damaged gaskets will cause sound leakage and reduced acoustic performance. Replace worn parts in time to maintain full sealing effect. Also check door hinges and locks to ensure smooth and tight closing.

Ventilation System Maintenance

Clean air vents and filter dust regularly to avoid blockage, poor air circulation and overheating. Smooth ventilation ensures indoor air freshness and protects fans and circuit systems for stable long-term operation.

Circuit & Lighting Care

Check power cords, switches and lighting systems regularly to avoid damage and loosening. Do not frequently plug and unplug power supply or overload electricity. Cut off power during long idle periods to reduce loss and hidden dangers.

Environment Requirements

Place the booth in a dry, ventilated and flat indoor area. Avoid humid conditions, rain exposure and long-term direct sunlight, which may cause mold, short circuit and material aging. Keep the ground level to ensure structural stability and sealing performance.

2. Safety & Operation Precautions

Standard Door Operation

Open and close the door gently. Violent slamming and pushing will deform hinges, displace gaskets and damage tight sealing, resulting in sound leakage. Do not lean or press heavily on the door.

No Unauthorized Disassembly & Modification

Internal circuits, ventilation and acoustic structures are professional configurations. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble or modify any parts. Unauthorized changes will damage sound insulation performance, cause safety risks and void the product warranty.
